Not sure what is going on with sales on ebay, I'm killing it on other sites... can't be price I'm getting more money on the other sites.. Any body know what is going on...

Hello , I tried to ship a item today using USPS... But it did not let me ... it would let me ship Fedex, UPS ...but not USPS... it was only 9oz ... Going to V.A. I even tried all shipping options.. but the print label button would not light up for me...
