Tried to send all star feedback on 1921 silver dollar but it won’t let me this is the only one I’ve received. I have tried several times. It says can’t send feedback it’s been to long I don’t understand

I won’t be able to buy anything until I get my new debit card. Someone tried to use it in Florida and I had it blocked I am getting a new one. Thank you Allen
