I have just been scammed and Ebay, who have facilitated the Fraud, wont
do a Thing!!Sold an ancient coin to a scammer in France. On Day 60 he
put in a claim as it was a fake [it was not].He then, after I accepted a
return - at my expense from FRANCE ...
I was in touch with ebay UK. They said they emailed ebay France to say
do not pay out as the tracking number is fake. Ebay France found in the
Fraudsters favour anyway! He has at least four other +ve feedbacks where
sellers are saying 'you still have...
The return tracking comes up with 'invalid number'. It is just a fake
number he has put in. Ebay in France found in the Frenchmans favour -
despite being told not to by ebay UK. Ce la f***ing vie!
I have ZERO protection from Global Shipping. If I had sent it direct it
would have all been handled by ebay UK. With GSP, ebay UK hand the
'decision' over to the French ebay team - who dont give a s**t or even
reply to ebay UK or me!
