I purchased a label then my printer wouldn't work so I had to buy a new
label at the post office. I want to cancel the first one. The action
drop down isn't offering me that option even though it hasn't been 5
days.
Thanks for the link, but it doesn't help. I did go to that link and the
directions said click the action tab for the more section. My action tab
does not have a more option, only print another label or print packing
slip.Any other suggestions?
