how to void a shipping label

I purchased a label then my printer wouldn't work so I had to buy a new label at the post office. I want to cancel the first one. The action drop down isn't offering me that option even though it hasn't been 5 days.

Thanks for the link, but it doesn't help. I did go to that link and the directions said click the action tab for the more section. My action tab does not have a more option, only print another label or print packing slip.

Any other suggestions?

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

Locate the order.  Click the down-arrow, click VOID.  It should be available if it has been less than 5 days.  The USPS won't refund you for 2-3 weeks until they determine that the label was never used.

Supposedly the Void link is removed once the 5 days have passed.
When did you create the first label - "5 days" includes weekends/holidays.

Void label is one of the selections in the Actions dropdown.
