Buyer wants refund saying package was not delivered although tracking shows that it was. Is it my responsibility to refund when I've followed all the seller best practices?
I have some long-term listings that have watchers but no activity even after I've made offers. Is there a way to send them notifications that the items will be ending?
I inadvertently checked the “payment received” and now the buyer can’t pay for the item. How do I fix this?
