Some of the columns on my listings page are cut off. Is there a way to reduce the size of the screen or choose which columns to display?

Charged for appliance disposal on a stove knob

I purchased a stove knob for $11.00 and at check-out was charged an additional $3.00 for white goods disposal. I understand this for appliances, but for a stove knob? Is this a legal charge?

I received an item returned because the customer "didn't like it." I'm trying to refund 100% LESS outgoing shipping, but the "View Item Details" isn't giving me the option to "Decide what to return." How do I make this partial refund?
