Filters lock not working . . .

When I search an item and then set filters to "Used" and "Sold Items", and then turn on the "Lock Filters" button, the very next search resets the filters and I then have to re-select the filters.  Very time-consuming. My Sansung Android phone is about 3 years old. Any advice or reason for this happening? I have the latest eBay app downloaded.

Do you see the solid blue lock icon and the number of filters used displayed at the top of the first (working) search results? If so, at what point do those go away?

I am using the eBay app version 6.3.0.10 and when I use those same filters with the lock setting engaged they seem to be working correctly for me, even when completely erasing all search terms and entering new ones.

It sounds like you might not have set the lock for those filters yet.

1. Turn on search locks via customize

2. Perform a search and go into the filter

3. Turn on sold items filter

4. Now tap the lock next to the sold items filter

All future searches should be searching sold items.

Thank you, it does seem to work. I'd not seen that "lock" before. I guess that shows up when you go to "Settings" "Customize" and click on "Lock all filters."
