Buyer returned item which apparently was damaged in shipment to her. Now we have expense of the return shipment and will have to try to collect on filing a FedEx claim.
as the seller a return issue was resolved with the buyer. She was unable to report this to eBay due to technical issues. So eBay is ordering a refund. I cannot reach a person at eBay to resolve this. What can I do?
