App is not working on my IPad

Never had issues with the app until recently. Freezes up all the time on my iPad. My iPad is iOS up to date. I’ve deleted the eBay app and reloaded. Still not functioning

Anyone else having trouble trying to type in the search engine? My keyboard doesn’t come up. Also I can’t scroll through my “watchlist”.
