Never had issues with the app until recently. Freezes up all the time on my iPad. My iPad is iOS up to date. I’ve deleted the eBay app and reloaded. Still not functioning

Did you try restarting in between uninstalling and reinstalling the eBay app? That should ensure a clean install.
Report app issues by shaking your device while the app is active.
Use a browser to reach ebay.com instead of using the app until you get the app working.

I tried what you said, removed the app, powered off the iPad and restarted, reinstalled the app and it still freezes up. Thanks for the attempt

In that case, use a browser instead of the app.
You may need to disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app, or else delete the app.
