Unable to "send eligible offers" to buyers

On my eBay Seller's Hub, unable to send offers out that have built up there. Never had this problem before. Any assistance in this matter?

Anyone have success reporting a seller claiming to be in Kentucky and California but is in China?

Vacation setting in store features

Can members request your address while you have "vacation status" turned on and you are away? I would not want anyone showing up at my address that is on file with eBay while I am away on vacation. Just wondering if vacation status blocks any request...

Did eBay elliminate the site map? It was helpful but the page it redirects to is useless.

https://pages.ebay.com/sitemap.html appears to be gone. For years it has served sellers well but the page redirects everyone to a useless page only buyers new to eBay I believe will find useful. Does anyone know if the old sitemap still exists?Thank ...
