A package sent to me in Rochdale Village Post Office on Jan. 3rd, 2018 was never delivered to me.

Package sent to me in Rochdale Village, Queens, NY arrived at the unit on Jan. 3rd, 2018. Item was never delivered to me. Post Office does not answer their phones. Today is Jan. 16th- Still no delivery!

I have not received a painting coming from Europe. It is over 5 weeks now. Seller claims customs.
