My purchase was advertised to be compatible for my husband's hearing
aids. It was NOT! I paid $26.00 to return the item to the U.K. I was not
reimbursed for the return shipping charges! I want my money for the
return shipping charges!
You managed to get us a discount on shipping when we print our own
labels but you take it back and more on your final value fee on
shipping. What's the discount to the seller?
