My purchase was advertised to be compatible for my husband's hearing aids.  It was NOT!  I paid $26.00 to return the item to the U.K.  I was not reimbursed for the return shipping charges!  I want my money for the return shipping charges!

On your Purchase History page, to the right of the item is "Return Item".  Click there to open an Item is not as described case.  You have eBay's Money Back Guarantee but need to follow the process to return an item with seller paying return shipping.

If you paid the return shipping, they won't reimburse you.

If you had filed an INAD and the seller was responsible for return shipping, you get the return shipping funds upfront.

I told the seller that it was NOT AS ADVERTISED!  It was advertised to be compatible with my husband's hearing aids.  It was NOT!!
