I cannot manage my store, I cannot delete listings. I keep getting the
page not responding issue, try again in 15 minutes. This has been like
this all day. Anyone else having this problem?
I used the contact messaging through the buyer/seller directly and it
just worked but will not work if you use just the reply to a message you
were already working on with them.

contact them through their eBay ID I just did it with a buyer that had
me create a custom listing for her. It works that way but not in the
general messaging back and forth right now.
