Anyone else having an issue receiving their emails on Saved Searches? I have gone 2 days now, with no emails on my searches. I did check, and all are still set up to send emails. Is something going on with eBay's system?

Why has the USPS Priority Mail Small Flat-Rate Box disappeared from the shipping options? It still shows USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelopes, as well as Medium and Large Flat-Rate Boxes... but not the Small box?? It is still available from USPS.
