What happens if a seller is caught red-handed committing fraud, i.e.
indisputable proof? Do they only receive a slap on the hand so to speak
and are allowed to continue selling? Is the punishment different for big
sellers than it is for small sellers...
I noticed problems with my eBay saved searches emails. Suddenly, for no
reason that I can see, they are going to my "promotions" tab with gmail.
