That exact thing just happened to me as well, We sell decals and after
we dropped off at the post office and marked as shipped they buyer
opened a request saying "changed my mind" eBay now wants me to refund
the buyers money but I flat out refuse! Th...
I understand that, but if someone is watching your item then they are
some what interested in it, at least the chance to send them all and
offer could be a potential sale.
They say that Ebay has an algorithm, Always stay active including
updating quantities, leaving feedback adding new items for sale, it
keeps you at the top of the list versus the non active people that just
sit and wait for sales doing nothing to stay...
