I was comparing an item a seller had to one I wanted to sell and accidentally hit "buy now"! I immediately emailed the Seller and explained what happened but I haven't heard back from them? Should I contact eBay, too to let them know what has happene...

I accepted an offer before the listing ended. Now there is a final bid and they think they won. What do I do? I need to send the original buyer the item but not sure what to do with the other. Is there some way to talk to a human at ebay????Thank you...
