Is it normal for a buyer to leave Negative Feedback just because she
received the wrong item. More importantly, will eBay remove the negative
feedback should that happen?

eBay years ago, the minimum postage rate was $2.06 or thereabouts.
Everything I sell is generally 4 oz or less. I'm getting ripped off big
time
