buyer paid, i shipped, they changed their mind and want a refund even
though it hasn't arrived yet...they are threatening to comlpain to
ebay...do I have to issue refund before item returned?
is this offer legit...on my selling summary page, I have an offer that
expires in April 2038 which states I have 10,000 free listings...I can't
"activate" it like other offers so I don't know how to proceed...any
thoughts???
I was going to upload a photo of an items for sale...but my phone's
camera stopping working...if I find another listing for my item, can I
"borrow" the photo from the other seller? It is not a copyrighted item
and the photo is not copyrighted either....
