I got scammed and am trying to reach a REAL person at Ebay. Trying to go through their system, i've waited for time they requested before filing a claim. Now they want me to wait until 8/9... Does anyone have a way to get a REAL person on the line at...

does anyone have a way to contact Ebay directly and get a rep? My problem is not listed on their assistant help site and i can't get past it.. Phonenumber please!
