buyer paid, usps says it was delivered/picked up at post office, buyer
says he never received it and wants my name and address to file an
inquiry. is this some sort of scam? am i just being paranoid?
So i keep getting a make offer bid that is higher than the actual price
of what brand new item sell for. Also the bidder is not a registered
user with no history on ebay. And sends me his phone number in the
notes. Anyone know anything?
my point is if a buyer has his feedback setting as private a seller
would never know anything negative about this buyer because you cant
give a negative rating... right?
