for the second time in two months ebay has refused to warranty russian

99% of all my returns and damage claims are from ebay buyers. Only a
small fraction of my sales are from ebay and yet they represent
virtually all returns and damage claims.
Nice try. I guess you missed the point. Ebay is knowingly allowing
scammers to take money since they get their cut just like the big guy.
