Ever seen this? One item successfully made it to its destination, but I
was tripled-charged on shipping after the fact. So I'm wondering if this
mystery package with the same tracking number was somehow charged to me?

Shipping an item to japan, Ebay ship calculator showed $137.00. Fedex
later through ebay charges $458.00. Even if a box dimension was out by
50%, there is no way it would have cost that much.
If I ship a 3lb box from Toronto, Canada to California, I'm looking at
around $18 by Fedex for example thanks to Ebay discounts. If I buy
something in the U.S. and have it go to Toronto, with same basic size,
I'll probably get hit with a $40 shipping...
My last three Amazon orders shipped and were received from 18 HOURS to 3
days. Ebay? With global shipping out of the U.S. they average TEN days.

to use UPS Worldwide Expedited instead of Ground. Why? If a package
costs $20 via Ground and $35 by Worldwide Expedited, the Expedited will
