Is there no way to activate combined orders with the new "International Shipping" system? If no.. that's kinda silly right? Is there a better way to handle international shipping that will combine orders?

Seems like there was a lag between the time the postal rates changed and ebay adjusted pricing on the buyers end.

Same.. I think postal rates increase for "holidays" and it seems ebay is not charging customers the increase and letting sellers take the hit.
