As I have already opened a dispute to return the item for the correct
item. Ebay will not let me set up a new claim against them for item not
as described. The claim has started for me to return item. They are
quite adamant that they will not pay for...
Thank you for your help but as i have already opened a disputed asking
them to send me correct item Ebay has surmised that i will send the
original package back to China at my expense. The firm have refused to
pay for return.
I have also been taken for a ride because of ebay's policies THE BUYER
IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Recently I sent a heavy antique item over seas via
Global Shipping. The buyer complained that part of the contents were
missing due to Customs opening the package...
