I have 2 orders showing up as "Uploaded on time but no carrier scan" in
my seller dashboard even though they show up correctly as "in transit"
on the USPS tracking system. Will it fix itself eventually or should I
proactively reach out ?
In my case it look that USPS skip the scanning of the items at the
origin location. A few days later the tracking was updated with the one
of the final stop but by then Ebay had marked them as not scanned...
Indeed, my picture were not hosted on Auctiva but on the Shopify CDN and
I had similar issues.In order to fix it I had to manually add the main
pictures in the Ebay listing.
Same here. It seems to happen only for listing whose picture is hosted
on Ebay directly (in my case another platform). It looks like the
process of copying image from the external CDN to Ebay is not working.
