I did not know I had to redeem my gift card at time of purchase, I.e.
redeem card numbers at check out. Instead I redeemed my card numbers at
top of page where it indicates input card numbers here. I did and was
shown I had a balance.
I have a gift card balance but am unable to use it at check out. I
redeemed a GC but now for some reason the EBay system did not move my
balance to the check out area.
