Buyers with low feedback leaving negatives problem

eBay removed four negatives from my account at my request this year. Is anyone else having problem with buyers giving comments that have nothing to do with the seller's performance?

My listings are renewing at 31 to 40 days

Starting July 1st according to what ebay told me. My listings after 30 days are up are renewing at 31 to 40 days duration. Is anyone else seeing this phenomemon?

Fees on additional shipping methods?

I thought I read on ebay that there is not a fee charged on additional shipping methods other than the first choice for the buyer which is first class for me. Does anyone know where I can find this information?

Ebay is sending an invitation to some sellers to opt in "Ebay Managed Payments." Did anyone know that you will not have a Paypal payment option if you do this?
