ebay has dinged me for a tracking being uploaded late, but that is not
true. It sold on Jan. 31, at 3:33 am. I downloaded the label, and
shipped it on the Feb. 1st and it was delivered on Feb. 3rd. My listed
handling time is 4 days. How do I get them...
I refunded a paid item after the buyer was dissatisfied. I did the
refund directly through Pay Pal. However, ebay still charged me the
final value fee. How do I get that back?
