I agreed to a return to the buyer, but the buyer sent the item to
himself and now ebay is demanding I refund him. I can not find a path to
get ebay to help!!
My buyer gave me a + feedback, but because the seller gave a long
feedback response, ebay gave me a neutral rating next to my buyer's +
response! Something very wrong here!!
I got approval to return a defective item, but seller sent a label that
had no shipping prepayment. I can't contact the seller as this seller
from China closed his account. There is no way to get eBay's attention
on this matter.....
Thanks, Customer service has told me to ask for help (step in) on the
last day of the waiting period (12/20) Hopefully, they can fix this. Not
sure if it is a scam because I spent a lot of time to find help!! Many
would give up! At least my online co...
