I showed the photo to my chemist husband and he immediately knew exactly
what it was. He looked up what he thought and was correct. I decided,
though, after reading your response to coffeebean that I had zero desire

When I send a combined invoice, I am always able to enter a dollar
amount for the postage. I don't ever recall picking something like flat
rate box, but even if it is there, did you try to enter a dollar amount?
I would not send an invoice if a dolla...
