Having these crazy fees that r being charged on my card only on eBay. Being charged tax's for items and getting 3 or 4 different fees on each item I buy. Ranging from $3 to $4 and all the up to $10 plus taxes. I buy something for $20 and has free shi...

I try to make payment on item and this is what it tells me. ( one or more sellers can't accept payment at this time.) I try to contact the seller many times and no response in the last couple days. What do I do ?

I'm supposed to get 3 offers to make to seller and it gave me 2 and won't let me except offer .Makes me pay full price of item now
