So... I accidentally bought a counterfeit item (GTX 1060 which ended up being a 550TI) and asked for a return.The seller offered a 50% refund and required that I'd have to ship back (to Asia). I asked eBay to step in- hoping that they'd rule the item...

I recently bought 3 GPUs from an asian seller and found out they were counterfeit. I filed for a return and they responded with an offer of %30 percent of the initial cost. What is the best way to work with ebay to get this resolved under their rules...
