Ebay suspended me out of nowhere Top Rated Seller MC011

I had this account for over 20 years top rated seller. I sell used clothes. I also have free 30 day returns and ship in 24 hours. 100% feedback. Never had no issues...they took all my listing downs...can someone help

eBay listing were delete automatically to unsold
