Is there a search filter for these "Save up to 1% when you buy more"
listings?A filter such as appending &LH_BIN=1 or &LH_FS=1 to the URL to
only see listings with Buy-It-Now or Free Shipping?
@giltheissen1, when you opened the Item Not Received case, you should
have indicated the missing quantity, e.g. 4 of 7, to refund. The default
is 1, unfortunately.When your seller clicked on your case, your seller
could only refund the quantity that ...
