An item delivered but Ebay won't give me back the money they refunded the buyer - WHY?

I supplied the tracking - the item was delivered 3 days after they gave back the $1000 to the buyer. PROOF sent - how is this ethical???

I had no idea they charged Reserve Fees when unsold - I listed an item 3 times and got $180 fees and NO SALE. How is this ethical practice?
