I have double fees on a item I have to cancel.

Sadly I had to cancel a order, but under the fees there's 2 different charges. My listen has free shipping, but I didn't pay for a label. I was just curious on why. The first charge is $2.40 The second charge is $5.92

Confusion on Managed Payments.

On the sales statements for the payout already has a large fee taken out, and I still get a hearty invoice every month. Why is eBay taking out twice?
