I have double fees on a item I have to cancel.

Sadly I had to cancel a order, but under the fees there's 2 different charges. My listen has free shipping, but I didn't pay for a label. I was just curious on why. 

The first charge is $2.40 

The second charge is $5.92

You'll need to tell us the item price, the shipping cost paid by the buyer, the category, and whether you are in Managed Payments. 

What does it say when you click on the little "i" button next to the words "Fee Credits"?

I'm going to guess that the $2.40 is Sales Tax

$5.92 seems like the right charge for the Final Value Fee
