The Onetime payment for fees in my account setting looks totally different.(1) It doesn't work and (2) it looks fake.Anyone else getting this problem?

Why are there so many fake chinese knock-off video cards out here? GTX 970's and more.Real GTX 970's have a 256-bit memory interface.The knock off's also are unbranded,have a hacked video BIOS so it looks like a GTX 970.These cards are really on GTS ...
