If an auction says it ends at 7:54am PDT when does it actually end? When ebay's computer rolls from 7:53:59 to 7:54:00? And if the auction counter says you have 10 seconds left is that accurate?

I had a K98 bayonet listing removed by Ebay for being an "offensive" item that promotes violence or hatred towards others. A simple bayonet with nothing on it other than the makers mark which happens to be a squirrel. No swastikas, no Hitler pictures...
