I created a coupon for buy one get one 50% off but I want to make sure it will run as buy one get one "of equal or lesser value" at 50% off but I don't see the equal or lesser value as an option for a rule. Am I missing something?

When creating a coupon like that I always found the item the coupon is applied to is always of equal or lesser value.

The biggest problem is ever, ever getting anyone to actually use the coupon. I have multiple times put my entire card store buy 1 get 1 free without even complicating it with a coupon and it made no difference in the number of multi-item orders I got, 90 percent of my orders were not even taking the free item.
