Hello. I have a customer who decided they do not want the item they
received. I refunded the amount. Now eBay says I need to send the
customer a return label. How do I do that?
I had an item listed as PRIORITY MAIL. The customer paid for the item
and shipping and then requested the item to be sent MEDIA MAIL. How do I
refund a portion of the shipping cost back to the buyer?
