I've checked through the setting in Communication Preferences, there's
no where to turn off the emails that I get spammed with about someone
bidding on my item. That turns into a LOT of unnecessary junk in my
inbox.
After being an active Ebay member for 20 years, both buying and selling,
working hard at maintaining 100% positive feedback, I fear that I'm
about to get my first negative. I just sold one of my paintings on Ebay.

Well, after sleeping on it and processing what everyone has said, I
guess it's not the end of the world. Enough of you have made assurances
that when the customer pays Ebay, the money is in a secure holding state
while I ship. I've never had a buyer ...
