When you submit feedback, doesn't it instruct you to wait seven days prior to leaving negative feedback?ie; Item was delivered 4/29, and "buyer" submitted (falsely accusatory, to boot) negative feedback on 5/1.

I keep trying to print a shipping label and ebay says "invalid address, province?" messaged buyer to ask them to fix or reply with resolution and received no reply, what should I do?

Is it possible to determine if an item has been shipped in an auction I didn't win? Not accusing anyone of anything, merely curious.
