I ordered an item from a Canadian seller and shipping was ~$18.00. The
package couldn't be delivered due to "Insufficient Address." I contacted
USPS and they told me that the sender hadn't included an apartment
number, so they couldn't deliver the it...
I always go through the Better Business Bureau when I have an issue with
ebay support being ridiculous (which is most of the time). The BBB
doesn't actually do anything, but you tend to get much more competent
customer service people looking at these...
UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the BBB and ebay reversed their
decision and issued me a full refund. I guess you need to get a
third-party involved in order to get competent customer service from
ebay these days.
Yes, it does show the apartment number. And when I initially asked the
seller to confirm the address they sent it to, they included the
apartment number.
