a BUYER should NOT be able to open a RETURN request PERIOD., if an item is listed as "FOR PARTS NOT WORKING" "NO RETURNS" if you're buying an item as "FOR PARTS NOT WORKING" you're taking a risk that yeah these items might /probably do have some sort...

this is so irritating.... give us the option to turn messages about offers off!

it used to be that when you "accepted an offer" the items would appear in "awaiting payments" now we no longer have that option (which i absolutely hate) i do a lot of "combined shipping" and often have to send an invoice with the corrected price for...
