eBay

just made a sale pay pal says the guy paid but it only let's me accept 3.30?  

so i have a issue ebay says a seller has not paid yet but my pay pal says that he did pay im confused because it saif he paid before and now he did not?   

so i have a customer that has a payment pending. It says payment initiated and pending. It does not say pay and ship. But on pay pal it says they have paid but no fee was charged. All other customers payments went through no issues.

Why was my funds for a sale on hold? Had to vamcle cus I was not going to ship items unless I got payment.
